The American Red Cross offered aid to a family of five affected by a house fire early Monday in the Huntersville area.
The house fire occurred at 7829 Horseshoe Bend Creek Lane.
Volunteers with the Red Cross said they planned to assess the damage and provide help as needed to the three adults and two children. Supplies include groceries, lodging and clothing.
