Art walk:

Visual art will be on display in downtown Concord during Art Walk 6-9 p.m. Many locations will have refreshments or entertainment, and artists will be on hand to talk about their work. The Art Walk is organized by the Cabarrus Arts Council in collaboration with Concord galleries and businesses. Featured will be two new exhibitions at The Galleries in Cabarrus County's historic courthouse: "Multi-Tasking," with six artists who create in more than one medium, and the Cabarrus Art Guild Juried Exhibition of 71 works by 35 area artists.
