Gold's Gym of Lake Norman, 20420 W. Catawba Ave., will sponsor the annual Lake Norman Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day with 5K, 10K and half-marathon races. All proceeds go to the Children's Research & Treatment Foundation of the Advanced Medical Education Services Physician's Association.
