The 4th Annual Holiday Farmers Market in Kannapolis is adding a "vineyard row" to showcase N.C. wine. Seven N.C. vineyards will be on hand for sampling and selling. In addition, the market will include food vendors and vendors selling local honey, handcrafted blankets and scarves, Christmas decorations, homemade dog treats, jewelry and other gift items.
