Kannapolis Nutrithon Duathlon:

Both the 5K and 8K run, along with both running legs in the duathlon, utilize the 8th Street greenway, which is a relatively flat course that is sheltered by a canopy of trees. The bike portion of the duathlon will head out onto the gently rolling, country roads that surround the city of Kannapolis. The races will end on the N.C.
