Wheels For Forest 5k Walk/Run:

Check-in and race-day registration begins at 7:30 a.m., wheelchair race 8 a.m., 1-mile fun run 8:30 a.m., 5K run/walk 9 a.m. and an awards ceremony at race completion. The fun run $10 entry fee includes a T-shirt. Fundraiser is for Forest, a 15-year-old who was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy at birth. MGs on the Green:

MGs on the Green is held by the Metrolina MG Car Club in conjunction with the Lions Club of Harrisburg. The event showcases MGs and other British cars with a tech session by a certified MG mechanic. Autographed Books Silent Auction:

The Friends of the Harrisburg Library invite the public to bid on 200 autographed books. Such authors as Grisham, Baldacci, Kathy Reichs, Arnold Palmer, Delinsky, Evanovich, Sandra Brown, Meg Cabot, UNC Coach Roy Williams, Betty White, Lee Smith, Joe Gibbs and Paula Deen. Also, a "MASH" script signed by Alan Alda, special edition of "Beginnings" autographed by Anne Geddes and poster signed by Jan Brett.
