Exit 23 The Huntersville Town Board will have a public hearing on limits of front-yard parking in residential zones as part of its meeting 6:30 p.m. Monday at Town Hall.
Exit 25 Huntersville will participate in National Night Out Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Birkdale Village. The event promotes crime prevention and will include a parade.

Exit 33 The Lake Norman Home Builders Association and Lake Norman Wildlife Conservationists have “adopted” a Lake Norman island, near the Hagers Creek Access Area at the end of McKendree Road. On July 12, 25 members cleaned the island of litter.
