Habitat for Humanity of Iredell County plans to break ground on its Fourth Creek Village subdivision at 4 p.m. Saturday at the site off Logan Street.
The 16-lot subdivision is the result of a gift given to Habitat for Humanity of Iredell County by the First Presbyterian Church in celebration of its 250th anniversary.
