Several Lake Norman and Mooresville football players were named to the I-Meck all-conference team last week.
The Wildcats' Austin Eisenhofer and Zeke Clarke, both wide receivers, as well as linebacker Connor Donoghue and defensive back Connor Burk were recognized for their efforts on the field.
Quarterback Patrick O'Brien, offensive linemen Josh Holbrooks and Zack Brown, defensive linemen Charles Wilkes and DeAndre Coleman, linebacker Josh Holcomb as well as defensive backs Tyler Threatt and Caleb Raper were honored for the Blue Devils.
The I-Meck offensive player of the year was Mallard Creek's Marquise Williams, while fellow Maverick Alex Glover was recognized as the best defensive player in the conference.
