Lake Norman Community Bible Study

Davidson College Presbyterian

New Pastor: The church welcomes Andrew Scales as its new associate pastor for Campus Ministry and Youth. A native of Indianapolis, Scales graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in history. After sensing God's call to ordained ministry, he enrolled at Princeton Theological Seminary in 2008. He was the 2011 recipient of the seminary's Mathias Memorial Award in Worship and Pastoral Ministry.

Camp Meeting: 181st annual Methodist camp meeting, July 31 through Aug. 14. Gospel concerts are scheduled at 7 p.m. Aug. 5 and 13 and at 6 p.m. Aug. 6. Religious services will be held daily.
