Beginner's Tai Chi:

Taking registration for an evidence-based Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program. Class starts on Jan. 9, for six weeks, 1:30-2:30 p.m. Because the Center has received a grant to offer the class, there is no set fee to participate.
