Teaming up to Help: Jacob's Ladder Job Center has formed a partnership with The Harvest Center of Charlotte to provide a job readiness preview for those participating in the homeless ministry organization. Jacob's Ladder staff will facilitate a monthly four-session program at The Harvest Center which will focus on time management, business ethics, tell me about yourself and dress/etiquette. The purpose is to identify Harvest Center guests who might be interested in and ready for a structured learning environment around job readiness, with the intent of them joining the next month's class at Jacob's Ladder.
