Homeschool: Exploring Ecosystems:

From the prairie to the lake to the forest, you will learn about the different ecosystems and discover all the plants and animals in it. Be prepared to get dirty in these hands-on investigations. $3. Weekday Wanderers: Rocky Face Mountain Recreation Area:

Spring is in the air and we will be starting our weekday hikes to immerse ourselves in the beauty of local preserved areas. This month we will visit the Rocky Face Mountain Recreational Area beautiful stroll within and around a rock quarry. We will hike about 5 miles on uneven terrain looking for spring treasures along the way. Meet at Reedy Creek Nature Center and take van to location. Must call 980-314-1119 to register. $8.
