On June 5, 28 Charlotte-area high school seniors celebrated graduation from the seminary program of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Seminary, the study of religious history and scripture, has grown from the original 70 students in Salt Lake City in 1912 to nearly 700,000 students in more than 150 countries today. www.lds.org.
