Rezoning hearing: Representatives from Bissell Companies will go before the Charlotte City Council on July 18 and answer questions about the petition for the rezoning of Ballantyne Corporate Park. Bissell leaders would like to add more than 1 million square feet of office space and have agreed to fund $11 million in road improvements to the area.
