Myers Park High School will host its third-annual Pink in the Park boys' soccer match Oct. 20 when they face Independence.
The game will start at 6:30 p.m.
The players will wear pink jerseys and play with a pink soccer ball to raise awareness for breast cancer and honor former Mustangs and their friends and families who are cancer survivors.
Inflatable lanterns will be released at halftime in remembrance of those who lost their lives to cancer.
Halftime will also feature a guest speaker.
