Fashion show: On March 24, families, residents and staff of the Carriage Club Charlotte will meet for a fashion show called "Accessorize for the Spring." Guest speaker will be Pam Irish, a local ombudsman, who will kick off the evening.

This group is for those caring for, or who have lost, a parent to Alzheimer's disease or dementia. Facilitated by gerontologist Dr. Lyndall Hare, who has worked in many settings with those caring for someone with dementia.
Give blood: The Community Blood Center of the Carolinas is teaming with the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte to host the Second Annual Pint for a Night campaign. For each blood donation through April 30, CBCC will make a contribution to RMH of Charlotte.
