Habitat mudfest: Hundreds of young professionals will compete today in Habitat Charlotte's fifth annual Mud Volleyball Tournament at Metrolina Tradeshow Expo, 7100 Statesville Road. Opening ceremonies begin at 1 p.m. and the event lasts until 6 p.m. Also known as Murphy's Dirty 30, the event is a fundraiser for and hosted by Habitat Young Professionals.
