Drivers needed: Friendship Trays needs volunteers to deliver meals at lunchtime Wednesdays to meet demand on more than 90 routes. Friendship Trays delivers more than 600 meals daily to elderly, disabled and convalescing people unable or greatly restricted in their ability to prepare or secure meals. Travel logs needed: The Mecklenburg-Union Metropolitan Planning Organization is planning a household travel survey. ETC Institute, the firm conducting the survey, will recruit 4,000 households to participate based on geographic location, household income and household size.
