The man wanted in connection with Rock Hill child abuse case has been arrested.

Police last week issued warrants for Rkeem Moffatt, 21. He was arrested this weekend and charged with unlawful conduct towards a child, according to Rock Hill Police records.

A 2-year-old girl was recently taken to Piedmont Medical Center with “severe bruising” all over her body. She was then taken to a Charlotte hospital in critical condition.

Sabrina Culp, 25, of Keiger Street, was charged with unlawful conduct toward a child and later released after posting a $4,000 bond, police said. She told officers she had left her daughter with Moffatt and she didn’t notice the marks until she returned home from work.

Investigators, however, said the marks were in various stages of healing.

Police issued an alert on Wednesday asking for the public’s help to find Moffatt. They said he was “on the run” knowing there’s a warrant for his arrest.
