The man accused of fatally shooting a 20-year-old Fort Mill man found in a wooded area in Indian Land on Tuesday has been arrested and two others have been charged in the homicide.
David Antonio Kucinski, 21, was arrested about 6 p.m. Thursday at a Charlotte motel, according to Doug Barfield, a spokesman for the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office. He was placed in the Mecklenburg County jail and will remain there until arrangements are made to bring him to Lancaster County.
Investigators obtained a warrant for murder for Kucinski in the death of 20-year-old Randy Tran, who was found shot to death in a wooded area on Little River Road in Indian Land.
On Friday, authorities arrested Chris Dawan Glass Jr., 22, of Fort Mill and Tony Eugene Maynard, 21, of Indian Land. Both were charged with murder.

“The investigation is still very active,” Sheriff Barry Faile said in a prepared statement. “We are still running down leads and interviewing witnesses.”
Deputies were called to the wooded area in Indian Land just before 7 p.m. Tuesday. Neighbors told deputies they saw Kucinski outside an orange car in the road at the top of their driveway moving an apparently unconscious man from the trunk of the car. The victim appeared to have blood on his face and head, and Kucinski appeared to have blood on his clothes and arms, investigators said.
The witnesses called 911 and walked to the roadway, but Kucinski and the car were gone. Deputies and crime scene investigators discovered Tran’s body a few yards off the road.
Barfield said investigators learned Kucinski was at a motel in Charlotte, and that he was taken into custody “within minutes” of the information being passed along to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department Violent Crime Apprehension Team.
Tran’s abandoned orange Scion was located in Charlotte earlier Thursday, Barfield said. It was towed to the sheriff’s office in Lancaster and is being processed by crime scene investigators.
Few details have been released on a possible motive for the killing.
