Police arrested three teenagers in Tuesday’s shooting of another teen in east Charlotte.

The male victim was treated at Carolinas Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries after he was shot during the incident in the 5600 block of Wallace Cabin Drive, near East W.T. Harris Boulevard.

Police said a group of teens had gathered for a prearranged fight when shots were fired. The assailants left in a silver minivan, police said.

Police found the minivan near Piney Grove Road, also in east Charlotte, and arrested Shomari Anthon and Ivan Antonelli Antigua de Jesus, both 16, and a 15-year-old male juvenile.

Each was charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. Anthon and Antigua de Jesus were jailed, and the juvenile was released to his parents. Police believe a fourth teenager was involved in the shooting but have not been able to identify him.

Anyone with information about the case or the fourth teenager is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 704-334-1600.
