A 24-year-old man was arrested Thursday on charges of taking indecent liberties with a 13-year-old girl and encouraging her to be involved with child pornography.
In an arrest warrant obtained this week, police said the events that led to charges against Paul Kenneth Greeson, of 200 Sycamore Ridge Lane, happened March 14. They arrested him at his home.
Greeson was charged with four counts of taking indecent liberties with a juvenile and with first-degree sexual exploitation of a juvenile. Police said the latter charge was based on their belief that Greeson “encouraged (the girl) to assist others to engage in sexual activity” and that he encouraged the girl to take lascivious photos of herself.
Police also filed a charged of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, saying Greeson had duplicated pornographic material involving a 2-year-old girl.
