Woman charged with stealing musical instruments, cash and firearms near Mooresville

A Mooresville woman was arrested after the pastor at the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ reported several musical instruments, cash and two firearms stolen from the church’s living quarters.

Amy Tadlock, 51, was charged with five felony counts of breaking and entering, four counts of felony larceny and one count of felony larceny of a firearm. Investigators determined Tadlock had broken into the church five times. She is in jail under a $50,000 bond.

Rowan County detectives recovered several stolen items from the church at Tadlock’s 4050 Deal Road residence, which neighbors the chuch at 4080 Deal Road.
