A Charlotte man who died after rear-ending a tow truck on the Billy Graham Parkway in October had not been drinking alcohol, an autopsy toxicology report released on Tuesday showed. James Brabble, 53, died in the Oct. 30 collision on the eastbound side of the road. The tow truck driver had stopped due to heavy traffic. He had only minor injuries and wasn’t charged with a crime.
