In a new ad to be broadcast in North Carolina and six other states, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton says she has ability to solve problems by bringing people together.

“Donald Trump says he alone can fix the problems we face. Well I don’t believe that’s how you get things done in our country,” Clinton says in the ad. “It takes Democrats and Republicans working together.”

Among her accomplishments, she cites creating the Children’s Health Insurance Program, which provides coverage for 8 million children; and rebuilding New York City after Sept. 11.

“We have to bring people together. That’s how you solve problems,” she says.

Clinton and her allies have outspent Trump and his team on the airwaves almost 5 to 1, according to ABC News. Trump recently announced a $10 million ad buy.

Her campaign says on Friday she will bring together experts on foreign policy and national security to talk about strategies for dealing with the threat of terrorism. The group is scheduled to meet at the New York Historical Society.

Trump has touted his own judgment to solve the nation’s problems. In a speech last month that Clinton lacks the “mental and physical stamina to take on ISIS.”

“Incident after incident proves again and again: Hillary Clinton lacks the judgment, the temperament and the moral character to lead this nation,” he said.
