Alligator loses its fear of humans after being fed illegally
A North Carolina Marine Corps base posted this video to Facebook to illustrate the dangers of feeding alligators. Not only is it unsafe, but it's also illegal, wildlife biologists and conservation law enforcement officers warn.
The U.S. Coast Guard medevaced an 80-year-old woman from a cruise ship 150 miles from Wilmington, North Carolina. She was taken to the New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington for treatment. (Video has no sound.)
