The Royals, on a school-record start to the season, have a shot to extend it. … Queens has little rest coming into the game, having downed Carson-Newman 85-63 Saturday. That win broke the program record for best start to a season, 8-0 set in 2003. … Warren Wilson has won two straight, including a 82-68 victory over Piedmont International on Dec. 8.
