Ishod Finger, Metrolina Christian: 27 carries, 304 yards and four touchdowns in a 51-24 win against SouthLake Christian. Angel Gonzalez completed 15-of-20 passes for 198 yards and three touchdowns.

Khamal Howard, Myers Park: 15 rushes, 123 yards, two touchdowns in a 41-0 win over South Mecklenburg.

Milan Howard, Charlotte Catholic: 18 carries for 157 yards and two touchdowns in a 38-14 win over Ardrey Kell.

Chris Nelson, Gabe Ortiz, Cannon School: Ortiz ran 10 times for 141 yards and three touchdowns in a 49-0 win over Pine Lake Prep. Nelson was 12-for-19 passing for 221 yards and three touchdowns.

J’Mari Taylor, Dyami Brown, West Mecklenburg: Sophomore quarterback was 12-for-15 for 238 yards and three touchdowns in a 59-28 win over Independence. Taylor ran for 81 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries. Dyami Brown had five catches, 125 yards and two touchdowns plus a 93-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown.
