Southwestern 4A all-conference baseball team announced

East Meck's Luke Little and Porter Ridge's Brennan Malone were named Southwestern 4A all-conference baseball players of the year.

The teams were voted on by the league's coaches. Myers Park's Erik Foor was named conference coach of the year. Foor led the Mustangs to a 20-5 record. The Mustangs finished 12-2 in league play, splitting the league title with Hickory Ridge.

Little, a senior, hit .462 with two home runs and 22 RBIs. He was 5-3 as a pitcher with a 1.14 ERA and 91 strikeouts. He was named conference player of the year.

Malone, the conference pitcher of the year, had a 1.36 ERA with 76 strikeouts in 51.1 innings pitched.
