Chambers’ Jehue Alston is The Observer’s boys’ high school athlete of the week

Chambers High’s Jehue Alston is The Charlotte Observer’s boys’ athlete of the week.

Alston, a sophomore baseball player, went 3 for 3 at the plate to lead Julius Chambers to an 18-6 win at Berry on March 18.

The next day, Alston tossed a complete-game, no-hitter with 10 strikeouts on the mound, while going 2 for 2 at the plate in an 18-0 win at Harding.
