NCHSAA track, baseball, softball state championships to be live streamed

This year’s N.C. High School Athletic Association state championships in track and field, baseball and softball will be live streamed by FloSports.

Time Warner Cable’s SportsChannel has done live broadcasts for various NCHSAA state championships and some regular season games for more than 10 years. But it will shut down this month. The TWC service will broadcast this year’s girls soccer and boy and girls lacrosse championships.

The track, baseball and softball championships will be webcast through FloSports online platforms at FloSoftball.com, FloLive.tv (Baseball) and FloTrack.org.

“We are excited to be able to showcase our Championships live through our new partner FloSports for those who are not able to attend,” NCHSAA commissioner Que Tucker said in a press release. “The athletes of the NCHSAA deserve to be in the spotlight, particularly during the pinnacle of their seasons - the NCHSAA State Championships.”

To access the live stream of the 2017 North Carolina High School State Championships, users must sign up to become FloPRO subscribers. The $12.50 monthly FloPRO subscription grants users access to live stream the available NCHSAA events and all other FloSports content is available on all screens, with the launch of the FloSports’ Roku and Apple TV 4 apps.
