Michael Waltrip tries the Samba on 'Dancing with the Stars'

NASCAR driver Michael Waltrip took on the samba -- well, kind of -- during week two of "Dancing with the Stars."

Donning sunglasses and a bedazzled polo, Waltrip danced to "Girls in Bikinis." The co-owner of Michael Waltrip Racing is paired with Emma Slater this season.

But while judges praised Waltrip for his fun-loving attitude on the dance floors, his moves didn't score as high.

Carrie Ann Inaba said she didn't see too much Samba in the routine. Instead, she said, "I saw a wonderfully agile, hip-rolling pool boy."

Waltrip received a score of 24 from the judges, trailing at the bottom of pack. Actress Lea Thompson and partner Artem Chigvintsev topped the leaderboard with a score of 35.

Dancing with the Stars will reveal which candidate is going home during Tuesday night's show.
