Stephen Curry has had a good week.
On Wednesday, the Charlotte native and former Davidson College basketball player was awarded Best Male Athlete at the 2015 ESPYS. This year, Curry led the Golden State Warriors to an NBA championship after a 40-year drought. But he stayed humble.
“I’m 6-foot-3, 180 pounds soaking wet, so it’s really nice to be called an athlete every once in a while,” Curry said after accepting the award.

In his acceptance speech, Curry thanked his family and mentioned his wife, at home with their 5-day-old daughter. On Friday, Curry and his wife Ayesha welcomed baby Ryan. He posted a photo of Ayesha, Ryan and his 2-year old, Riley on Wednesday.
