Ready to buy gallons of mayo? BJ’s to open this fall at Metropolitan.
Four development updates for your Tuesday:
Get bulked up for Thanksgiving: BJ’s Wholesale Club has confirmed it will open at the Metropolitan this fall, likely before Thanksgiving. Construction on the former Home Depot Design Center has begun in earnest.
Interestingly, the chain isn’t renting the entire floor — only about 100,000 square feet, leaving 21,000 square feet remaining. Stay tuned.
BJ’s coming to Metropolitan. Wonder if developers will address traffic. So glad I’ve bought a bike! http://t.co/0VrxUQoI9w via @CBJnewsroom

Love Family Dollar? Time may be running out for you to shop at one. If you recall, Dollar Tree bought Family Dollar. To satisfy the federal regulators, Dollar Tree just announced it will sell off 330 Family Dollars. No word on which ones yet.
