Check out the three-part menu at the new Not Just Coffee, which opens in Dilworth today

The fifth location of Not Just Coffee, owned by James and Miracle Yoder, opens today at 2230 Park Road.

This new space — the only Not Just Coffee location that serves alcohol — has an immaculate, bright interior that features a bar, booths, tables and chairs. To enhance the light-filled vibe, retractable windows open onto an intimate patio facing the parking lot.

Settle into the space and take a look at the menu, which features cocktails, coffees and food.

Menu Part I: Coffee, tea, etc.

If you’re already in love with Not Just Coffee, it’s for their coffee. The staff brews creamy cappuccinos and lattes (latte art included), and also gives you space to stretch your palate with tea lattes, housemade soda and cold-brewed coffee.

Menu Part II: Food

Carmen Fisher, a Johnson & Wales graduate who formerly worked with Living Kitchen, is the mastermind behind the culinary menu. Her emphasis is clean, feel-good and filling foods that look beautiful.

Not Just Coffee tried to keep the yoga crowd in mind when they built the menu, Miracle said, so you’ll see vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian options spread across the morning dishes, the afternoon dishes and the bar snacks.

Menu Part III: The cocktails

With their inaugural cocktail program, Not Just Coffee is rolling out classic cocktails, signature drinks with fun names like What’s the Dill, and a surprisingly long list of Italian-only wines by the glass, curated by Assorted Table Wine Shoppe owner Josh Villapando.

Whether you come here to sip, eat or both, Miracle said of the newest Not Just Coffee location: “I think it will stand out from the others on its own. It’ll create its own identity.”
