– Suspect is Gerard Leeper, who’s been arrested multiple times for … indecent exposure.
– He’s been doing this for years, apparently, but after a recent WBTV story, the police are getting involved.
– Problem is, the law says you can be naked on your own property.
– Police are meeting with residents to work out a solution, and hope to convince the state legislature to change the law. They’ve also talked with Leeper’s family about counseling.
