If Easter means egg casseroles and morning cocktails to you, here are 11 fab places to get brunch this Sunday:

The Asbury at The Dunhill Hotel uptown will have an Easter weekend brunch with new items (chicken and biscuits with fondue; shrimp salad with grit cakes) and the return of chicken + waffles. Hours: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. 235 N. Tryon St.; 704-342-1193.

The Ballantyne offers Easter Tea 1-5 p.m. April 1-4, with Harney & Sons teas and a menu of savory and confectionary items, plus cocktails. $36 ($18 for 5-12). 1000 Ballantyne Commons Parkway; reservations required: 704-248-4100.

The Ballantyne hotel/lodge will also host Easter Sunday brunch 11 a.m.-3 p.m., with seasonal entrées, breakfast items, carving station and more, plus live entertainment and a visit from the Easter Bunny. $75 ($35 for kids 5-12; free for 4 and younger); reservations required: 704-248-4100.

BLT Steak has brunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and will offer jumbo shrimp cocktail, eggs Benedict and crepes souffles. Reservations: 704-972-4380.

Blue will offer brunch 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. for $39.95 ($14.95 for kids 6-12; free for 5 and younger), with live jazz and carving stations (top round and spiral sliced glazed ham), chicken tagine, shrimp and grits, Spanish frittata, crepes, omelets and more. 704-927-2593.
