The Story
Mega church Elevation is expanding once again, set to open a 38,000-square-foot worship space in University City’s Innovation Park in March.
The Big Numbers
– Will seat 1,200 people
– Cost $4.9 million to renovate
– Part of former IBM campus now called Innovation Park
– Fourth permanent space for Elevation, joining Blakeney, Matthews and Lake Norman
– Additional rented space in uptown Charlotte, Providence High School, Concord, Gaston, Weddington, Rock Hill, Raleigh, Roanoke, Va., and Greater Ontario, Canada.
