Flores & Associates has basketball court and rooftop view of Uptown
Flores & Associates, a national administrator of reimbursement plans, compliance services and billing services for employers, is home to one of the coolest office spaces in Charlotte. Let’s take a look inside.
Quick crib notes:
– The building is located in South End and LEED Certified Silver facility.
– Myers & Chapman brought the Red Ventures team to Flores & Associates to show as a model of excellence when they were first beginning to think about their new space in Fort Mill.
– Mario Flores built this building in 2010, 24 years after starting his company. They were running out of space in their downtown office, and this location offered him room to expand as his company grew.
– Flores has doubled in size since the move, from 21 to 42 employees, and the building has enough space for 55 full-time employees. Checkout job openings.
For employees only, the fitness center is open from 7am-7pm daily and has lockers/showers.
