Fury 325 is Carowinds new roller coaster that opens this spring.

10 Fun Facts (I love fun facts, they’re fun):

3,400 gallons of paint/primer used on the ride.
Ride manufacturer is a Swiss company called Bolliger & Mabillard (created about 90 coasters).
3, 32 passenger trains.
The ride is Carowinds largest single investment.
Track length is 6,602 feet and life height is 325 feet.
2,700 tons of steel used on the ride.
Speed can get up to around 95 mph.
Angle of descent after initial climb is 81 degrees.
Ride time is around 3 minutes and 25 seconds (a lot of which is the climb).
The ride can serve around 1,470 riders per hour.
