Who’s not picking up their dog poop?
The Story
Apparently, either a lot of dog owners or a few owners of dogs who poop a lot are failing to pick up their dog’s droppings at Romare Bearden Park in uptown.
The Facts
– Somebody who is very (and rightfully) annoyed by this has planted about 200 pink flags beside all the unscooped poop.
– It’s everywhere — on the grass and in the mulch.
– Yes, the park provides bags for pet waste. Yes, the dispenser still had some left.
