Best garage sale ever: Panthers luxury suite throw-aways
The Story
As the Panthers renovate all 158 luxury suites, it’s getting rid of all the old stuff through a rummage sale.
The Facts
– More than 1,000 tables, chairs, stools, sofas and mini-fridges for sale
– Many items have Panther logo
– No, Panthers aren’t pocketing the money. They donated all that stuff to Habitat for Humanity’s ReStores, which uses the money to build homes for the low-income.
– Yes, there’s still stuff available, but it’s going to go fast:
- Find furniture at the Wendover store.
- Appliances at Wilkinson Blvd.
- More stuff at stores all over region, from Rock Hill to Gastonia to Cornelius.
- Get details, addresses, etc. at charlotterestore.org and metrolinarestores.org
