NBA commissioner Adam Silver says it’s inevitable that Charlotte will land the All Star game.

– Silver is pleased the Hornets and city of Charlotte have agreed to $40 million in renovations to Time Warner Arena.
– Those improvements makes the arena a good fit for the All Star game.
– The NBA plans to announce ASAP which cities will host the 2017 and 2018 games.
