The Story

The hourly lot at the airport is open! Opened on Thursday, November 20th.

10 Fun Stats & Holiday Reactions:

(1) Construction took 2 years and 11 months. Total cost was $120 million.

(2) Parking cost: first hour is free! $1 for each additional 30 minutes. Daily max of $20.

(3) 9 electronic vehicle charging stations that can plug in a total of 18 cars. People use these. For real. Yes, I was shocked too.

(6) Charlotte Airport now has it’s own twitter handle. I know, big time. It’s honestly very helpful.
