Call to Carolinas artists: You could design the next CATS transit pass
When’s the last time you took your bus pass out of your pocket and really looked at it?
If you live or commute in Charlotte, you’ve probably never done that, but that’s probably because it’s not yet designed with your art.
Charlotte Area Transit System has announced the CATS Transit Pass Design Contest. It’s a call to North and South Carolina residents who want to submit original artwork with the theme: “What Moves You?”
Three winners will be chosen, and their art will be printed on 2023’s Local, Express and Express Plus passes.
