New rooftop restaurants: Before PARA even opens, its owners are diving into next venture
PARA Charlotte will open soon, and it’s just the first in a series of restaurants that Parliament Hospitality Group, LLC has planned for Charlotte.
The group of industry veterans behind the restaurant has already signed a lease on another space. Parliament’s next Charlotte venture will include 3,000 square feet on the first floor and 11,000 square feet of rooftop space at The Platform, which is under construction on the border of South End and LoSo.
While COVID-19 has slowed construction, PARA co-founder Chet Desai is hopeful that Parliament will be able to open two or three restaurant concepts in those spaces by late 2022 or early 2023.
The other co-founders of Parliament include Jigs Desai, Dave Feimster and Ricky Patel.
