Rosemont Market and Wine Bar will open at the new Elizabeth on Seventh in Charlotte
Rosemont Market and Wine Bar has been announced as the first food tenant at the new Elizabeth on Seventh in Charlotte.
You know the work of the restaurant and market’s parent company, Red Mountain Management: It is also the team behind neighboring Elizabeth restaurants The Crunkleton and Cheat’s Cheesesteak Parlor.
Here’s what you can expect when Rosemont opens:
Restaurant: Breakfast, lunch, coffee, wine, and beer, plus full-service dinner.
Market: food items, catering capabilities and grab-and-go meals.
Indoor dining will be offered, with more than 60 seats. About half the space will be dedicated to the market.
“We are thrilled to announce Rosemont Market and Wine Bar’s first location at Elizabeth on Seventh. Our team loves the Elizabeth neighborhood and is eager to extend our footprint there, and we’re thankful for the opportunity to do so in partnership with Crescent Communities,” Blake Thompson of Red Mountain Management said in a statement. “We named this concept after the Elizabeth neighborhood. Our team chose Rosemont because it’s the name of one of the original subdivisions in Elizabeth – in fact, it’s the one that this location faces directly across Caswell.”
An official open date has not been set, but Rosemont is targeting a late summer opening, a Crescent Communities representative told CharlotteFive on Friday.
Elizabeth on Seventh is part of a joint venture with Faison Enterprises. Additional partners:
- Truist (construction financing)
- Choate Construction (general contractor)
- BB+M (project architect)
- LandDesign (civil engineer and landscape architect).
