Another restaurant has joined the lineup of delicious options at one of Charlotte’s newest food halls.

After adding a build-your-own pasta spot in August, Monarch Market is now home to another tenant — this one bringing a taste of authentic Asian cuisine for foodies in uptown.

Maroon Market is designed as a “global street food experience,” offering fan-favorite Asian bites.

Nestled in the back of the food hall next to Just Chicken, the new restaurant has a wide variety of sweet and savory bites on the menu, including rice and noodle bowls, bao buns, dumplings, spring rolls, soups and desserts.

With Maroon Market now open, the uptown food hall located at One Independence Center now has 11 food vendors and two bars for those who want to dine in or grab a bite to go to with a “flavorful variety to satiate any craving and the wide selection needed to satisfy any group.”
