While Charlotte is known for the boom of breweries, where’s the credit for the wine bars? From sipping with your pup at Max & Lola Bodega to a european style cheese and wine at MERE’s wine shop, there’s definitely been an upgrade in the city’s wine scene.
Personally I’m already counting down to next year’s wine festivals, but if you’re like me and looking for a regular spot to sit and sip, look no further. Dilworth Tasting Room
300 E. Tremont Ave.
This European-styled bar serves unique wines, cheese and charcuterie boards, and more. DTR also has weekly specials and deals on select drinks and plates.
Foxcroft Wine Co.
7824 Fairview Road and 1235 East Blvd., Suite I
This relaxing spot not only serves the city’s selection but also carries wines from every major wine-producing region in the world.
Corkbuzz

With a wide selection wine class offerings, Corkbuzz is the spot to find your niche for wine- and pair it with food.
Bond Street Wines
